Để tăng thêm dung lương đĩa ảo khi dụng Wubi bạn sử dụng lệnh sau:
sudo sh wubi-add-virtual-disk /home 15000
Lệnh trên cho phép bạn mở rộng dung lương /home lên 15gb, đơn vị trong lệnh này tính theo MB

Tớ đang dùng dell vostro 1500 , vga 8600GT
Ubuntu 8.0.4.1 hoạt động khá tốt, nhưng phím Fn + lên , xuống để chỉnh độ sáng màn hình hoạt động ko được hiệu quá lắm.
Độ sáng giảm quá nhiều hoặc tăng quá nhanh ko thể điều chỉnh phù hợp

Mặc định thì GD2 chưa được cài đặt theo gói php của bạn
Để thêm thư viện php bạn gõ lệnh sau
sudo apt-get install php5-gd

Để sử dụng mod rewrite của apache trong ubuntu trước tiên bạn cần
kích hoạt module rewrite bằng cách vào Applications — > Accessorices –> Terminal gõ lệnh:
$ sudo a2enmod rewrite
Tiếp đó mở file : /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default
và sửa lại dòng
AllowOverride None thành AllowOverride All
chú ý : có thể sửa tất cả các dòng None thành All hoặc [...]
